HOLIDAY FUN LEAVES BEHIND A FESTIVE LOBBY

On Sunday (11/27/2017) a few of McNulty elves pitched in and played decorator for the holidays. Several residents dropped into the lobby with decorations, treats, a little wine and a lot of fun in hand to transform our lobby into a holiday wonderland. So, be sure to check out the 12' Christmas tree, Hanukkah dreidels, holiday wreaths, and assorted other decorations including five winter trees in Kevin's office!

WE ARE OFFICIALLY TREND SETTERS!

Residents and visitors are encouraged to walk the halls of McNulty Lofts for an Urban Tour of St. Petersburg…. both its Yesteryear and its Contemporary visuals.

In 2013, a small group of early residents, over several months, researched, collected and catalogued iconic images of the city.

Davidson Fine Arts, of St. Petersburg, enlarged and converted selected photographs on to canvas, and matched each image to a short history card. Over 100 photographs adorn the halls on all five floors of lofts.  Each picture tells a story of a city’s birth, adolescence and development over a century.

The project was entered in the Florida Condominium Association Contest and won First Place. The “Trend Setters Award” is displayed on the lobby wall just outside the mail room.
