Luxury Urban Living

Welcome to McNulty Lofts, the premier urban residences in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. Every one of the 83 units is a true Manhattan-style loft, each with its own unique look and feel, including exposed duct work, floor to ceiling windows, and custom floors. Located at the corner of 2nd Ave S and 2nd St. S, McNulty Lofts is a walk to everything the city's hottest district has to offer.

To the west is Tropicana Field where the major league baseball team The Tampa Bay Rays play. Head south to the world-class Dali Museum, Al Lang Field (home to the Rowdies), and Albert Whitted Airport. To the north is bustling Central Avenue with its art galleries, pubs, cafes, restaurants, and the new James Museum of Western Art. A short walk east is the beautiful blue vistas of Tampa Bay, and renowned Beach Drive.

The building gets its name from St. Petersburg's 1912 Fire Chief, J.T. McNulty. The traditional red brick foundation sits on the block that was once the city's first fire station founded in 1890.

No longer home to turn of the century horse drawn fire engines, the building has since housed several famous artists, and writers. In 2013, the residence was awarded the prestigious Trendsetter Award.

Amenities include covered parking, a fitness gym, and full time on site management, maintenance, and security.

McNulty Lofts stands out among the growing downtown area offering all the best urban living has to offer.
